Robert E. Allen
Robert Allen is an experienced construction lawyer, civil litigator and insurance attorney. Robert is originally from Kentucky where he practiced in State and Federal Courts before moving to the Asheville area in 1997. He is certified by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Committee to serve as a mediator in Superior Court Civil Actions. Formerly an instructor pilot, Robert is an aviation enthusiast, and holds a commercial pilot’s license with multi-engine and instrument ratings.
