Elizabeth E. McConnell
In 1985, Beth came to Asheville to work as a law clerk to the judge for United Sates Federal Court for the Western District of North Carolina. She served in that capacity for two years and then went into private practice in civil litigation. During her years in Asheville she has been involved in significant litigation involving medical malpractice, employment litigation and personal injury litigation. Beth was a partner in one of the larger firms in the Asheville area until 1999, when she and Ike decided to found Northup, McConnell & Sizemore, PLLC. She is the mother of two children, and has a number of interests outside the practice of law.
