Directions

From I-26 or I-40, Access I-240, then follow directions below:

From East:

• Take I-240 West (Exit 53B off I-40).
• Take exit 5A (Merrimon Avenue; Hwy 25).
• Take a left at the traffic light onto Merrimon Ave. (Hwy 25 South). The name of the street will change to Broadway and then Biltmore.
• After the seventh traffic light (at Hilliard), you will see The Orange Peel on your right (an orange paint & red brick bldg.), and Andy’s Heating & Cooling on the opposite-right corner–our building is the white house with black trim next to Andy’s. The driveway is just past the house and between two rock walls. Drive around the back of the house for parking.

From WEST:

• Take I-240 East.
• Take exit 5A (Merrimon Avenue; Hwy 25).
• Take a left at the traffic light onto Merrimon Ave. (Hwy 25 South). The name of the street will change to Broadway and then Biltmore.

  Note: The entrance to our building is on the North face of the house, facing the side of Andy’s Heating & Cooling or Hilliard–not facing Biltmore Avenue. Note: Handicap parking is located up the gravel ramp and on the rock-paved area. There is additional parking on the street behind our offices, on Lexington Avenue.
